When a problem has become a habit.

Sometimes when I talk to a friend or client, when we talk about a problem, they say, “but everyone has problems with this”.
And that is the case for many, that they believe that they are normal insofar as everyone else has the same problem as themselves. And, that there is nothing they can do about it. Often I see that the problem has become a habit so that they no longer see it as a problem when it is a real problem.
As a coach, I see it as a task to be the one who challenges. I know that far from everyone has the same problem as you or as much as you. I know that if you take the courage and decide to look into it to understand it, a problem can disappear or at least become significantly smaller. Do you want to be challenged? Are you ready to be challenged?
I hope so, for your benefit, because that to be free from an issue is so rewarding and creates such huge desire for more, like real personal development. The feeling, when you notice that you no longer do what you did before or don't think like you did before or don't react like you did before. It's an absolutely wonderful, fantastic feeling that I wish for everyone.
Surely you want to be challenged, surely you want to grow? To find out about yourself and grow? I hope you'll have a conversation with me or another coach, that you'll seriously sit down and think about what's a little hard or what's really hard in your life. Maybe you're jealous or spend too much money or are stingy or get angry easily or cry over the smallest thing or are negative and swear often or talk badly about people or... the list can be as long as you want.
And you don't have to be like what's on your list.
When you've written down ten things that you can think of changing, take a moment and write down another ten. Read through the list and mark which three you want to start with.
Often there will be a difference on many (all?) fronts when you start working on the most important ones.
You want to experience new feelings and thoughts, get a new starting point from which to handle everyday life.
It can be in harmony and balance, experiencing joy for the simplest of things It can be that from that day you'll just shrug your shoulders when someone screams or claims something that you know is wrong. You don't take it personally, you are unmoved, chill. That is happiness. Having that inner peace, the balance and that is what I wish for you and that is what I can help you find. Big words from me but I do work with fantastic tools and I know how to use them.
An extraordinary, rich world is here within reach for you. It is filled with joy, laughter and love and peace and my contact details are down below. I got you.
